The Board of Directors have updated the list of pre-approved roof tiles for roof repairs and replacements. The list can be found on the documents page.

On Saturday, January 15th, 2022, the Annual Homeowners Meeting of the Augusta Trace at Turtle Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Twisted Birch. Address: 1279 Admiralty Blvd., Rockledge, FL 32955.

NOTE that the HOA provides the meals, and the individual attendees purchase their own drinks.

We have been notified by the Nazarene Church, on the other side of the Turtle Creek Golf Course, that a wedding has been scheduled to take place on the church’s property near where the passage way from the golf course emerges. The wedding will be taking place the weekend of 5-8 November 2021. The church will be closing the passage way during that weekend as a tent will be set up on Friday in that general area. Signs will be posted in the passage way, and they are asking that residents of neighboring homes refrain from using the passage until the tent comes down on Monday – to prevent tangling with tent supports, and of course to prevent intrusions during wedding ceremonies.
They are thanking us in advance for our restraint during those few days.

Philip Perry Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) are once again commemorating Memorial Day, Flag Day and the 4^th of July by planting flags in memory and recognition of our military members.  Mark these events in your personal life and by visiting the Cocoa City Hall where hundreds of flags will be flying until June 4 and then the flags will be moved to the Merritt Island Veterans Center on Merritt Island through July 6.  And just for fun wear your red, white and blue.
